Ankit Juneja is the Co-Founder of Pensar Legal, leading the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. He advises promoters, investors, and businesses on corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory matters.

His work includes handling investment deals, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. He also supports startups with fundraising, founder agreements, and building scalable legal frameworks.

In addition, he is involved in corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder conflicts and governance issues, providing strategic guidance aligned with long-term business goals.

As the founding pillar of Pensar Legal, Ankit leads the Corporate & Commercial practice. He abandons the traditional, reactive approach to law, instead functioning as a core strategic partner to boards, promoters, and established enterprises navigating India's complex regulatory landscape.
