Shruti Manchanda is the Co-Founder of Pensar Legal and heads the firm’s Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Banking, and Insolvency practice. With over 9 years of experience, she specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration, and financial disputes.

She has led high-value recovery proceedings before DRT and DRAT, handling insolvency matters, enforcement actions, and appellate challenges. Her work often involves coordinating complex cases across multiple forums and working closely with Senior Counsel in critical matters.
